• stickers are printed on premium vinyl with a permanent adhesive and are coated with a protective laminate that makes them super durable and resistant to fading, scratching, tearing, and water. They can even be safely run through a dishwasher. They're also weatherproof, and able to withstand exposure to wind, rain and sunlight.

Your items will be carefully packed in a sturdy flat mailer to best ensure it's safe arrival.

U.S. SHIPPING:
If your item was shipped via USPS, within the United States, I will do a refund (excluding shipping costs) or a resend the item if you have not received your package within 30 business days of the time it was marked as shipped (I will be happy to work with you, in the event you need it faster). Please contact me WITHIN that 30 day time frame. If you did not enter the correct address on your original order, you need to pay shipping again.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
For international orders I will refund (excluding shipping cost) or resend (if you wish to pay the shipping fee again) if you have not received your package after 60 days from the date it was marked as shipped. Please contact me WITHIN that time frame.

If your item happens to be damaged during shipping, I just ask you send me a picture for proof of damage. If the item is still available, I will be happy to send you a new one. If it is not, I can offer a refund, (excluding shipping cost), or an exchange for something in the shop of equal value. Please contact me within 30 days of the item being marked as shipped.

While there are no "one size fits all" parameters on my refund policy, because it's handled on a case by base, one thing I ask is that you *Please* contact me FIRST prior to leaving any sort of negative review, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase. All sales are final at live and pop up events (this includes the breweries or restaurants that occasionally sell my work). Sometimes we can work with you on an exchange, but it varies by circumstance. Message us and we'll see what we can do!

Wonderful packaging, the sticker arrived in perfect condition. The sticker itself is super thick and very vibrant, it's high quality. So far the sticker has withstood many handwashes and being submerged in water/having accidental spills onto it, it's still perfect. I love the art on this sticker it captures both morticia and gomez perfectly and is generally really eye catching :D
